A fully-fledged workshop for gastronomic and culinary creation serves sophisticated, inventive cuisine taking its cue from the International Garden Festival theme.
With its simple, uncluttered cuisine, the autumn and winter revamp of the menu showcases plant products that are for the most part organically farmed, certified and locally sourced.
A blend of humanist values and inspired thinking, these dishes are an invitation to eat mindfully and better.
“Nourishment” is also about nourishing the soul, thus, precedence is given to the nutritional, dietetic and sensory qualities of the produce.
AT THE HOTEL "LE BOIS DES CHAMBRES"
The dishes on the menu at the Grand Chaume are the result of creativity put to the service of a truly astonishing cuisine. Prioritising the Domain’s own products and those of the Region’s terroirs, they do their utmost to delight the taste buds while respecting environmental ethics. Indulgence and joy are the virtues cultivated and honoured here. Meats and wines alike are selected from among regional products.
Our chef, Guillaume Foucault, believes that he has a duty to contribute to the common good: “I want my table to be a beacon of light for a better world”.
Based on the menu of the "Café des Savoirs et des Saveurs", a complete meal served upon a tray, showcases locally sourced products, cooked on the premises and gourmet recipes.
