The sun, the earth, water... Mankind tends to have a feeling of ownership over the world, to control, dominate and shape it, but the constant movements generated by natural phenomena can overturn human projections.
This observation triggers a new understanding of the environment that brings into question our view of a neat, clear-cut world and unites this with the ever-fluctuating elements. Here, movements are the result of an impact... In response to a universal principle, this generates a wave. This wave transforms the garden’s uniform layout, created by man. Time stands still and the wave becomes frozen. The place changes dramatically. Visitors can expect a very original experience. Right angles and waves come together in a space where grid-like layouts and curved designs go hand-in-hand, enhance one another and harmonise with plantations in circular formations and raised beds. The garden is inspired by natural phenomena: the different layers make the space appear bigger, the production area is increased, mounds appear proudly, and a circular object naturally emerges.
This plot of land that man thought to control is transformed by nature. The possibilities stretch out before us. These observations invite us to venture forth and explore and interact with the environment.
