DESIGNERS

Aude Seigneur is a licensed architect in Rouen, who has turned her hand to artisanal craft. After her studies in architecture, she switched direction to devote herself to artistic creation, becoming a stained glass artist after training at the Simon Marq Studio in Reims, then a glass decorator at the Centre Européen de Recherches et de Formation aux Arts Verriers (CERFAV). Her work, which is now mainly exhibited in eastern France, particularly in Franche-Comté and Grand Est, focuses on the poetry of spaces forgotten by humans. Aude Seigneur has exhibited at the Ferme du Charmois in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy and at the CERFAV Gallery in Vannes-le-Châtel. In 2025, she will present her work at the Musée du Pays du Hanau in Bouxwiller. Her creations are based on two complementary axes around a single theme. The first explores abandoned heritage buildings, which form part of our landscape but remain invisible. Her aim is to shed light on these forgotten spaces, giving them visibility and poetic presence once again. The second axis, influenced by land art, questions the boundaries between the visible and the invisible, the real and the unreal, working with glass sculptures that reopen these spaces that have not been experienced by humans. Through her artistic approach, she weaves together art, architecture and landscape, revealing the beauty of forgotten places and giving them a new poetic existence.
Alice Stevens is an artist and landscape designer based in Laval, Mayenne, where she works under the name “Saje, Arts et Paysage”. She graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure de Paysage in Versailles in 2016 and her practice sets itself apart for its blends of visual arts and landscape design. From the start of her career, she explored this crossdisciplinary approach during her time at Villa Le Nôtre, a residency dedicated to landscape designers. Between illustration, graphic design, training and project management in landscaping, her projects have allowed her to develop multidisciplinary expertise. She moved to Mayenne in 2020 and joined the Conseil en Architecture, Urbanisme et Environnement de la Mayenne team, where she worked for three years while continuing her graphic design work. In 2024, she decided to devote herself fully to her artistic practice, broadening her field of expression with installations, exhibitions and show creation. Inspired by landscapes and their singularities, her work draws on references such as Gilles Clément, while at the same time highlighting specific local features. Her show Silice, a performance combining drawing and live singing, is a tribute to the landscapes of Mayenne and their evocative power. With a sensitive and innovative approach, Alice Stevens’ creative process lies at the intersection between art and landscape, enriching each of these fields with her unique and poetic vision.
Raphaël Fenoglio is an architect and artistic director. He studied at the École Nationale Supérieure d'Architecture in Versailles, Sorbonne University and ESSEC Business School. He now works between France and Mexico, where he is artistic director of Locus agency, based in Mexico City. His research mainly explores climate resilience, post-vernacularity and creating new narrative arcs between architecture and other disciplines, such as gastronomy, design and art. He has been involved in a wide range of projects, from social housing and landscaping to renovation and art installations, notably in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Mexico, the United States and Portugal. In 2025, Raphaël Fenoglio will be overseeing content for the 4 degrés entre toi et moi exhibition, as part of the Île-de-France Architecture and Landscape Design Biennale. He also led a number of participatory projects aimed at revitalising rural areas in crisis, notably in Taiwan, Japan and Cambodia. More recently, he worked with the Locus agency on the Ya’júr Pavilion for the Carthage School of Architecture. His work has been presented at international events such as Milan Design Week, the SKWAT exhibition space in Tokyo and the Maison de l'Architecture d'Île-de-France.
Jean-Christophe Ravaux is a landscaper, following an extensive career in the metalworking industry. He spent his childhood in Grand-Bassam, immersed in a tropical environment that left a lasting impression on his sensitivity to natural ecosystems. Driven by a growing consciousness of environmental issues, he obtained a vocational qualification (BTS) in landscaping at the École Supérieure des Agricultures in Angers in 2023. Keenly aware of the challenges posed by climate change and declining biodiversity, he developed a bicycle landscaping business in Laval, Mayenne. As part of his eco-responsible approach, he favours sustainable practices: avoiding thermal engine-powered tools in favour of battery-powered solutions, respecting seasonal cycles and ecosystems, using materials from short supply chains, and recovering and recycling green waste. His services are aimed at both private individuals and companies committed to corporate social responsibility (CSR). With his atypical career path and exemplary environmental commitment, Jean-Christophe Ravaux embodies a new approach to landscaping, rooted in sobriety and innovation in service of the ecological transition.
